Services & Amenities (Check all that apply)

Full payment & Insurance is due before spot will be reserved for setup at the event. If your application is accepted this contract is binding, and no refunds will be processed for forfeiture of this event. Security Deposit will

be fully refunded on the Move out date. “My firm acknowledges the rules and regulations set forth by Magnolia Fair Company and

that our employees and representatives will at all times observe, perform and abide by such rules.” (See Rules & Regulations I & II, Booth Space Document). No refunds will be provided for inclement weather, damaged, lost or stolen property.

Once application is accepted, an invoice will be emailed, and payment must be made within 7 days of invoice receipt.

VENDOR BOOTH SPACE PRICING BREAKDOWN, DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS

Vendors will NOT be allowed to move in on Opening day.
Move In Date:         OCT. 15, 2024
Move Out Date:      OCT. 21, 2024
Move in/out times:  8am - 5pm
Vendors Must work all days of the event, and move out on the specified date and time of the listed above or security deposit will be forfeited.
